I actually created a site a while back that has been growing steadily. You may be interested, since it's moderated to keep it positive and constructive

It even has poem/story of the month awards

Editred is free membership.

You upload your work and have other writers critique and give suggestions and you do the same for them. There are many styles of writing on this network and hundreds of talented writers.
