I need a great opening sentance for my business 'sales' letter?

Having difficulty writing a catchy but professional opening sentance. Our company has to send out letters to potential clients (other companies) offering our services (outdoor maintance) – so chances are we will need to get on their 'approved contractors list' or something ….
'maintenance' even

I suggest that you give it to someone else to write your letter.

Your letter might rub off the wrong way and might think you from foriegn countries.

I have that same problem so don't think I am insulting you.

I don't know the answer to your question and I don't mean to come across cheeky, but you spell it 'sentence'.

Turn it on its head and don't sell. Tell them what they want which they know they want deep down. (Remember it is a nos game as the many people in this world are attracted to as many different tactics.)

'As an approved contractor we are looking to capitalise on growing our service of outdoor maintance. Our present success and reinvestment programme into our business has allowed us to broaden our ever personal service to further organisations and business Partners.'

(then lead in with the nitty gritty. Keep it fact, don't be over zealous just give a bit of butter with that bread. Cavia for new business makes you look like a fraud or a suit giving it the spill we've all heard before & don't need it from another.

Oh God do I love Capitalisim (that's my suit arrogance coming out :) .)
